Concept Skill: Energy Leak
Power Burn
5 energy 1 second casting time 30 second recharge time Enchantment Spell. For 10 seconds, suffer from 3 health degeneration and 7 energy degeneration. All of your elementalist spells deal +10...24 more damage. (Energy Storage). I saw Intensity for the Sunspear rank skills, and I thought an equivalent that can be used in PvP would be nice... But the only problem is, is this skill + stone daggers... got a dilemma here. EDIT: Too bad I can't change the title, I change the name to power Burn... it sounded cooler. its really like 3 energy degen cause you have to count the 4 natural regen, but i still see no use for this /notsigned
